April, 2001 iCE Pack
1a. Quantum-X joined ice this month, and is already turning out some really great art. Check out his fish in this month's pack! Despite his insistance that he is the direct offspring of Napoleon and Cindy Lauper, he's a pretty good fella.
1b. Next up, we have our most recent addition, Nokturnal. He hails from Sweden and has a ton of potential. And boy does he ever look good in a red pair of pumps!
1c. Finally we have MdK971, who is a professional graphic artist. Patrick is looking for a place to show off his real creativity, and we think he'll wow everyone with what he's working on. Or maybe he won't at all, and you'll all hate his art. I guess that could happen, but I bet it's fairly improbable. You see, the art I've seen so far is really awesome. That's why I go so far as they say that you probably won't be disappointed. As far as hating it, I think that's right out. I'll stick with my earlier gut feeling on this one.
1f. All three of these new guys are fantastic artists, and we're proud to have them in iCE. Except for Quantum-X. He smells like soup.
2. In other news, we decided to release one of the finished quilts from tiles.ice.org in the pack this month. A lot of iCE members contributed to it, as well as many others who aren't iCE members. It turned out really well, and even caused Jamie McCarter to exclaim, "Holy circus! We need more hostages!". Thanks to me (slothy) (of course), Corpulent Cow, Sq2, Jamie McCarter, Root88, Tetanus, Leonardo, GRRR, Empyrean, Darkhalo, Valacar, MrScrappy, Nessahead, Quantum-X, and Nokturnal for contributing to this kick-ass image.
3. We'd just like to mention that 7 sporks are better than none at all.
4. Thanks again to root88 for his hard work making the pack this month. Root88 is so awesome that his head lice don't even bite him. They're all just groupies, trying to get some alone time with him.
Oodles of noodles,
Slothy and Mass Delusion

i have just got my membership....but there is no any button to submit my artworks..so pls tell me how do i submit my works here?
If you just created a new account, that does not automaticly give you a membership with ice. If you would like to become a member, You can do some art over at tiles.ice.org if you want to catch our attention, or you can just send an email to [email protected] along with some samples of your work (or URLs to samples of your work). Also be sure to tell us a little about yourself. We'll get back to you if we like what we see.
Hope this helps.

since ur talking 'bout the 'good old days'. I got a question, doesn't have anything to do with designing. but that doesn't matter does it?
Anyway, this is my question.. I am looking for this dos-game (I think it was dated around 1995..not sure though) it's sortof an adventuregame. With bikers.. the name was somethinh like 'biker trouble' or 'double trouble' or something like that.. I think.. could be the name is something totally different.. So the problem is I don't remember what it was called.. so I can't download or order it anyware.. so if anybody knows of a game that resembles my description.. PLEASE tell me the name!..
thanks already,
Greetz The Zeno

iCE merging with Seire is a big win for digital art fans. Maybe not for people who want just a specific kind of art and nothing else, but for people who enjoy all types of digital arts.

If you are interested them email me.
Much appreciated.
Anyway, I have some things I'd like to release and I was wondering if someone would get back to be about how to submit the things I would like released (active email in profile). I think there's about three things that I never released that I would like released in the next pack (probably july), including a bin file (160x150+).
The bin is what I'd like to release most of all. If you guys remember what bin files are. =). I had to draw it in 6 different sections (25 lines each) and combine them to create the entire pic because bin files in thedraw were limited to 50 lines. I've been out of the scene for years, and I found this old link and decided to drop a line about it. But anyway, get back to me about it.. They're quality virgin ansi's ready to be released.
BTW, since there are no viewers that I know of that allow unusuall bins like this I've written a win viewer for it which I'll through in.
%tang.
Thanks for now. Could someone please mail me the address to [email protected] ?
