Bravo!
I absolutely ADORE this tile! I love the image it creates with the image above it! You're a fantastic artist, Ed; I'd love to have your creativity! 5! :)
Re: Bravo!-?
Gee, I'm really touched... I would like to tell you that I was quite apprehensive about posting this version of the original tile because I felt that it would seem to break ranks with the tile above, too radically to be well received by other quilters. For some strange reason, it reminded me of the Shroud of Turin, that famous piece of cloth now lying in the Vatican. I was wan to name it so, because the shroud is considered to be a holy relic and not to be parodized or made folly of. To get a better appreciation of the transition, I rotated my host tile and worked upside down for better than half of the time. As for my imagination, if you look to the right and down one tile, you will see an addition of mine that will have an aire of redundancy that it cannot ditch. I'm glad that this tile makes you smile and I am thrilled at the chance to rate a well done by you Antaydos, this compliment means something to me, thank you!
