The serpent in the background mimicing the form of the dollar signs is nice. Then having them entwine the apple makes an obvious mythological (or if you prefer, religious) reference. I really like the associations you made here. Besides, some people think of lawyers as serpents; more commonly they're called sharks. I realise that you didn't know that my tile above had anything to do with law school but it's still a fun coincidence that it works out.
