hope it turns out okay
Re: hope it turns out okay
Err, yeah... that'd be my fault, weltall! I did both the tile above yours and the one to the left!! I think that you dealt well with that corner. ;^)
Re: hope it turns out okay
Wow, I assumed the top and side were done by different people. Awesome job on varying your styles kodgetts.
I think I've been putting too many faces on the quilt. I've been messing around with sketching more realistic stuff but I thought this would be a nice place to test the waters and get some comments.
Anyways, I guess I'll have to wait to see what that graffiti says :)

Re: Re: hope it turns out okay
Thanks, I am trying to do something slightly different for each tile if I can.
I think its not a bad idea to try some faces out - they are one of the more difficult things to get right (along with hands!) and I always avoid them if I can. But I think I might take inspiration from you and try to get one into this quilt somewhere... ;^)

By the way, I think you did a really good job with this particular face!

Thanks kodgetts! You should see what I can do with pencil and paper though :P
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: hope it turns out okay
Hey, why not scan something and e-mail it to me? I would be very interested to see your pencil and paper skills! ;^)

No scanner :/
I've been telling myself to get a scanner and put my artwork on my web page, but I'm too lazy to go and find a good deal....and I have a tough time justifying the purchase for something I wouldn;t use that often.
