Didn't really work!
When I was doing this tile I though that the shiney area to the bottom left border was like an ice rink or something, and that the grey area was a concrete wall around it. Graffitti leapt to mind, so I went with that and even tried to give the graffitti a reflection in the surface of the ice. Good idea... just didn't work very well in practice! :^/

It turned out okay though. The graffiti adds some character to the quilt too.

I agree with weltall, the graffiti is a nice touch to the quilt. However, I would agree with you that the reflection didn't really work because there wasn't anyway for the next tiler to continue the reflection because they couldn't see what it was a reflection of. Great tile overall though. This quilt is really rocking for being a newbie.
