I think in terms of color and composition, there are one or two of your other tiles that I like better than this one. However, I like how you're actually taking risks in this one and drawing something new instead of just continuing patterns. The reflections in the water are nice, and the little alien creature at the top is great! Blending on the right side is a bit shaky, but I can't tell if it's your fault or your neighbor's. So yes, I agree with you, you're doing better. :)
