Not to be mean or anything, but I found it is almost never a good idea to draw an extreme closeup in surreal quilts, it just doesn't work and never meshes well with surrounding tiles. Some other things that don't work are very blurry tiles with lots of smudging they stand out like a sore thumb, large eyes in the middle of the square or bleeding off the square, checkerboard designs, or large areas of flat color, too hard to blend and will not work well in the "fabric" of the quilt. The goal here is collaboration, to create fun interesting eyecatching art we have to help eachother achieve that.

i know im sorry... i actually wish it could be deleted... but i dunno if that can be accomplished. i know its shit. i appreciate the advise tho. ill just stick to newbie quilts where at least when i screw up its more ok.
