I think it has an interesting design side to it , general elements in this picture are rather well-done too ... but I had to note it a bit lower that I would have liked , for two main reasons ...
It might be a bit plain ? Maybe add a few more elements on this one would be interesting =]
Also , lets say that for other tile workers theres not much to work with (I actualy had nothing to work with but a strip of white down my image ;))

Oh well , nice image , too bad its a bit empty , goodwork =]

I liked it enough to vote it a 5. Sure, he could have added more elements or given something more to work with on the edges, but not every tile has to be that way. Besides, he's a newbie and I am being generous.
