Kind of blurry. The lightpost (or whatever it is I drew) looks kind of delicate now, could use a little thickness where it attaches, but I guess you'd assume since it's underwater it wouldn't need that. Didn't give much for the person below to blend into either. *shrugs* Oh well, I expected worse. :)
By the way, is that a fish in the lower right corner?

Not bad...
Re: Not bad...
yes, it's a coelacanth.
the other thing/curb/rim is supporting the city. since we're not at the bottom yet i assumed the city would be setting on something 'manufactured'.
the rim of the dish that supports the city, has some lighted ridges repeated and receeding underneath it. when i was working on it i would occasionally check it out using a full screen, which has a black background. on that background the receeding lighted ridges were obvious and i didn't want to obscure them. since i was making the coelacanth on other layers, it was easy to push it off to the side. when seeing the tile online the lighted ridges are about nonexistant and i wish i'd left the coelacanth where i drew it. oh well, live and learn.

Okay...
I have to post again. I don't get it. Why is the rest of the picture sharp while that curb or whatever is so blurry?
Re: Okay...
hmm... i was running out of time. so i submitted it as is. afterwards i saw the same things you're mentioning. i also would've changed the way the "pillar" connects to the rim of the "city".
btw you say that you "expected worse"?
