far plane c&c

this tile is well drawn
but u could had make it as a far plane
for a btter blend with the bottom tile
wich is near plane
oh yeah i drew this tile yes.. ^_^

Actually, I think the perspective would be best kept at a straight-on view, even on the water surface and the ocean floor. It'd look odd if the perspective changed while moving up and down. After all, periscopes don't tilt at angles -- all they do is point straight, parallel to the top edge of the sub.
