My opinion;
Good points:
Nice blending
Nice concept
Bad points:
On the right en left side of the guitar, you've drawn lines, the line look.... to simple, arn't drawn smoothly.
Don't put text just on a empty space, if you want to put text in it, make something to blend in on.
The "hand" looks verry weird, you should'v made it more clearly, more depth in it would be nice, try using the dodge and burn tools.
