Good job,
The lower blend could have used some more work, but otherwise it's a decent effort. Also, if you had scaled the cross larger you could have provided more for the person to your left to work with. But as I said, it's a good job for one of your first tiles.

Thanks a lot ikeivup, espacially the tips, I'll remind of my later tiles.
Also I wanted to let everyone know I din't ripp this picture (because some people think comparing to the other tile I did, that this was to good, but that other one was a 10 mins work tile :)).
