Hmm...
The picture is nice, but I gave you a 1 because you didn't blend with the neighboring tile...thats half of the battle.
Re: Hmm...
i will try harder on the next one. i blended with the one below and above as well as left the one to the right only had a black border ...i guess i spaced out and thought it was blank.
Sorry for the fade...
Mike,
It was I who left you with an ungodly fade, there at your right border. I didn't know that you were going to get stuck with that tile but my fade would have been a challenge to any blender out there. When I started here and even recently, I have had problems with my layouts and problems leaving the following artist the chance to really do his stuff. I cannot blame you entirely for the illusion that your artwork makes as it seems to "stop on a dime" with a sharp delineation between tiles. This is largely enough, my own fault because I didn't provide the hook. I just wanted to let you know that if you encounter any criticism for this tile, that you should balance your own scale based on my observation. Sometimes when I view the whole quilt and see what appears to be little postage stamp worlds of their own, often enough I shamefully find these little pockets of incontinuity, my own... 'Tile away......... Eddie M.
