This was a tile with no borders to work with and in doing the image that I did, I wasted both time and space. Whereas I might have left the four adjoining artists something to work with, it is apparent that there was nothing that any of them could do to redeem this fiasco. Having come now to see and to learn the concept of neighborly blending and peaceful coexistence, I see that this tile should be voted into the hall of shame! To all whom worked on this quilt and most especially those who adjoined my tiles, I offer my
most profound appologies and reiterate my desire to do the right things here. If the true intention of this quilt has been purposed as a tool for learning, trust me to say that it has served that end. Please bear in mind the date that this tile was undertaken and compare the work with more recently submitted work of mine and if you cannot say with an honest heart that I've improved since then, give me hell, as you cast the lowest possible score. I'm really ashamed of this one and I'm looking forward to every negative vote that it gets. Once again, sorry for the trouble that I've been on this particular quilt......... Eddie
P.S. It was after I realized that I had no right to award myself a positive vote, that my conscience would not allow me to do so without writing the above comment. Someone has got to give it a -2 immediately (not that it's impossible to vote it lower), just to bring it back to zero so that my own liberal indulgence in voting, is negated. Can we do this?
This tile is from For Newbies III: The Resurrection.
