I had her face turning away actually...so you're only supposed to see her cheek and side of the face. I guess it didn't come off as well as I'd hoped. Probably should have defined the ear a bit more or something.

nice... I think it shows that her face is turning away... but maybe you should have darkened a bit where the eye would be? A five anyway.

Wow is right... I -really- like your waves and the color of the water... But I agree with feathre about the mermaid. Funny how the sea suddenly drops a level. ;) I love the surprises these quilts have.
