Could have been used as a reference, but I doubt it. People that steal artwork should have their tiles deleted.

It's not about how good you are, it's about making an effort. Other tilers are critical when you make no effort to do an origial tile, or to blend it into the quilt.
Someone who had poor skills and needed practise, but made a real effort would get encouragement.

You could have at least continued the image to the bottom of the tile so it could be blended with the tile below yours.
