This looks like it was slapped together in 5 minutes.. try to add interesting elements to your tiles.. and you didn't give your neighbors a whole lot to work with.. all you have at your edges are a few spraypaint marks..

... you didn't have much to start with but ... well .. you didn't do anything with it either. You could have done anything! Anything! It looks like you've closed your eyes and moved the mouse around a bit, and then uploaded it. Put some thought into what your tile is going to look like before you start painting!
