yeah, although the last row of pixels on the tile above made blending a royal bitch i did drop the ball on that one...

What I do for blending is use the smudge tool in Photoshop set to "use all layers" and just pull in as much of the border as I want. Then I clean up the blurryness off the edge of the border, so it's almost impossible to have a bad blend (unless of course, you get one that someone has cropped off at their edge and left a desaturated line of pixels... gotta hate that).
