Your tile both includes photo-manipulation (which is not well accepted in quilts) and your blending is rather done without much thought.
Moreover, you have two black lines on your borders.
Please don't read this as an attack on you or your tile, as these are just a couple of notes for improvement.

could at least try next time...
no offense , but that doesn't even look like you tried... i'd rather see something poorly drawn by hand/mouse that see a cropped & chopped up picture with some lines done with the paintbrush tool.. you should spend a few hours working on a tile .. it feels good.. some good photoshop tuts here , check those out those are some very helpful and simplified tips.. looking forward to seeing some of your other art..

don't be discouraged by the comments of others.
i've had quite a bit of negative criticism piled upon my work - especially before i knew what was expected.
i realise now that borders are important and, i guess, direct usage of video, still camera footage is discouraged unless it's a photo collage.
