Looks like some other PNG support bug in photoshop. It doesn't know how to deal with the GRAY colorspace. I'll go out on a limb and guess that they only support RGB PNG files, sigh. I fixed this one for you, and I'm frantically trying to come up with a permanent fix. There are 3 or 4 other tiles that suffer from this problem right now.
