Perhaps not as bad for the overall picture(comparable to your "just some clouds"-tile) ... but this could be done by anyone ... wish you would have connected the golden with the upper part in a good way.
Now im waiting for the tile to the right.
"2" for me, so i decided to vote the tile as a part of a cool "patchwork" instead of an "integral whole".

I gave it a 4 because of just that, this tile is good for the quilt, not glorious, but good for the quilt. Great work.

agreed, 4 from me too... making a purely transition tile is a risk, and while that type of tile may not always be very exciting to look at by itself, it can help a quilt out sometimes.

As i implied in the comment, I did this tile because I wanted to know how the tile on the left is looking; those are the side effects of iCE tiling. Anyway, in my opinion those side effects arent as bad for the overall quilt look...
