Nice, but
Very nice image, but it doesn't work all that well as a tile. It doesn't really fit in with the neighbouring tiles, and it doesn't blend well. Remember, the parts outside "Draw here" is not part of your tile, and any changes you make to them won't be part of the quilt. You should look at the tiling tutorials available.

I agree and just want to add that using a neon-filter on a piece of clip art and not even bothering to merge any edge is hardly a decent tile...
