BUT 1.) it doesn't have a good 3d feel in it.
and 2.) the flow of the green energybeams feel really disrupted
It's worth a bit over 4 IMO anyway, so I give it a 4.

You should have made a more 3d one, considering you have the skills. Good job blending, although I agree with what has already been said about the green laser. Are those sidewinder missiles shooting through the sky in the background? Looks excellent, good work!

Very good example fo a 2d PS tile made to look 3d! These do not have to be made in maxx or hash, as long as they look like this!
