there is a black border to the left in your checkin-tile.
to the tile, it looks like "copy past" some parts several times and than smudge and distort it a bit. Also i dunno, why youve paintet a black riangle to the upperright border, it make no sense in this piece in my eyes.

I don't know where the black triangle came from!! Mysteriously it appeared!! I ran out of time and I guess I didn't check the finished tile very well before i sent it in...as far as the border on the left...i dunno, I could NOT get that line out no matter what I did! All I can say is that I'm going to keep trying to do better...suggestions and tips are openly accepted and needed! Thanx:-)

Are you using photoshop? If so, then try using the selection tool set at Fixed Size - 128px x 128px. Then zoom in really close and make sure your selection is is right where it needs to be. And that triangle looks like it came from the border. Did you accidentally smudge or clone the border?

I think that when I went to swirl the top, I grabbed my whole tile and moved it over some...ooooopsie, I was running out of time and had to hurry at the end! Thanx for the advice though, I'll try that next time because what I've been doing is selecting the 'draw here' space and deleting that then saving the inverse(160px x 160px)as my blank so I can copy and paste it over what I'm working on to check the border blending...but I'll use your idea for my next one and see if i can finally get this right :-)))
