I think this is a great first tile! You did a really good job with the lead-ins and gave a good lead out beneath. I'd say the left end lead-out could have been a little more solid, but it's better than a number of tiles on this quilt.
I've got the tile under this one, and I totally misread it, but I went for first impression rather than trying to figure out what the lead-in was. Hopefully the amusement factor will be there.
Anyway, good job! I gave it a 5.
