ok, first upload the picture you want to use to your web account, then on the sign in page, [next to your name near the top], click on 'edit...information", then put the web address to your picture in the line marked 'photo', then click on 'save' and your done. :o)

I just fixed one bug where I wasn't accepting ~ and _ as valid characters in the url, but it should accept things that end in .jpg. Email me the URL of the jpg you were trying to use and I'll see if I'm being too rigid on the URL still. Thanks for saying this though, I found a bug :)
