The tile appears to have just to many
smears to make the seams work. Sorry, but I think there could have been more effort put into it to make the meld work better.
Way too much smearing
Smearing sometimes works if you use it a little...but this was overdone...looks like a kindergartener's finger painting. If you're using photoshop (I think maybe PSP too), try using the stamp tool to clone portions of the border...or better yet, extend things by manually painting it in (requires quite a bit of artistic skill though).
That doesn't blend at all.
All the borders look like they don't match up. Only the colors are similar to what's next to them.
