Little to say
This turned out just as I hoped. The green transparant plastic, though, wasn't a good idea. Transparent is never a good idea. Unless it overlaps two different colors in the 15-pixel border to another object, a tiler can't know it's transparent. And even then, it'd be more likely to be two different shapes than a transparent one over two colors.
