Well, I was actually trying to get hold of the tile below it, but it never came up so I had to settle for this one.
Essentially, the way I see it, the horizontal yellow line on the level below should be extended out to become the edge a roof balcony off to the right, with this tower sticking out on the side/top. So it's more of a tower sticking out of a building, than just a tower.
