im sorry but this doesnt please my eye at all, it looks like you kept your scetch on top of the pic. too much grey lines. also the blending isn't very seamless.

Female Form
I don't really read female form in the figure. Wouldn't have seen it except for the title of the image.
It looks very intangible, which doesn't really fit Giger's work (which typically is the essense of realistic imagery or imaginary content in an imaginary setting).
As nocturnal mentioned, it does look like a sketch layer was left over the rest of the image, but up close it just looks like blurry shaded coils of wire or something.
