It is cool... but it depends on if it's a picture in the middle.

The image in the middle looks like a photo, and photo manipulations usually don't score well as it isn't an original work. The point of tiles isn't to cut and paste photos and get them to blend, it's about artists forming a quilt with their own work. Unless it's on a photomanip quilt of course. :)
