I think it's excellent. The pale, white female turns into ameobas and whatnot? It's perfect. 5.

I love what you did with the questionable object - very cool :) And the pipes on the right are very giger.
The background texture isn't very well blended at the bottom though - it goes from very smooth to quite grainy, and the colours at the bottom of the pipes are a bit off.
